  1. This has a fabulous wood cut feel...those lines are beautifully thought-out...the vortex leading to that little figure that you can't help but feel sorry for.

    1. Thanks Alex! Including initial doodles it took about 2 hours. I didn't want to plan it too much; I just wanted to think about the prompt and start making lines. The inked area is 6" x 8".

  9. I wanted to comment on this earlier but I kept getting bogged up with work. I really dig this one. Defintely one of my favorites this week if not the favorite. I love drawings with simple creatures like this and the surounding lines really bring in the focus on 'im (or her). Great work.
